ABOUT US
Montuno Dance Company (Montuno DC) is Calgary's freshest Latin dance school, directed by Moises Gonzalez and Lianabel Selviz. Montuno DC specializes in Salsa and Bachata and offers group and private classes, monthly socials, student gatherings, performance teams, and competition opportunities for all levels.
Moises and Lianabel believe that dance is more than a hobby—it's a place to meet new friends, possibly a new love, face your fears and feel the joy of overcoming them, improve your health, and some would say—even your heart and soul.
These two bring their Venezuelan sabor, heritage and love of dance to their students! Their goal is to teach the culture of Latin dance while creating a fun, friendly, and inclusive environment for students.
