Montuno Dance Company (Montuno DC) is Calgary’s renowned Latin dance studio, directed by Moises Gonzalez and Lianabel Selviz. Specializing in Latin rhythms, Montuno DC offers a wide variety of classes for all levels, including group lessons, private sessions, monthly socials, student gatherings, performance teams, and exciting competition opportunities.

We are proud to say that the Montuno Fam roster includes some of the most talented dancers and instructors in the city. Beyond experience and dance level, what truly sets our team apart is their genuine love for dance and their passion for teaching. Many members of our roster began their journey with us with no prior dance background—proof that with consistency, proper guidance, and dedication, anyone can learn to dance. This quality truly defines and elevates our instructor roster.
