Born and raised in Peru, Daniela's passion for art blossomed early, with dance and music being integral to her daily life. She began her dance journey at 18, immersing herself in various forms such as hip-hop, ballet, contemporary, dancehall, and Latin rhythms.

After moving to Calgary, Daniela joined Montuno Dance Company, quickly becoming an essential member of the Montuno family. From day one, she actively volunteered and contributed to the company’s events, classes, and community activities.

Daniela has trained and performed across Canada, competing at prestigious congresses, including the Calgary International Salsa Congress, the Canada Salsa & Bachata Congress, the Bachata y Cultura Festival, Fiestaval Latin Fest, and Expo Latino. Each year, she embraces new challenges that enhance her growth as both a dancer and an individual.

With a deep love for creativity and community involvement, Daniela continues to inspire and uplift those around her with her art and dedication.
