Montuno DC participated in Bachata y Cultura, a dance festival full of music and cultural celebration. The festival welcomed the attendees with a diverse lineup of workshops, concerts, socials, and performances.
Once again, the festival brought an international lineup to Calgary, this time featuring artists such as Dani J, Ataca y Alemana, El Tigre y Bianca, Magda y Valeria, and Junior y Carolina, all performing in the city for the first time ever.
Our Dance teams had the incredible opportunity to share the stage and social dance with these amazing artists. Additionally, our directors, Moises and Lianabel, taught a Bachata Sensual workshop.
Huge thanks to Bachata y Cultura for an unforgettable weekend! It was amazing to have such a great event in the city. Our teams left the festival inspired and ready to take on new challenges. Here's to many more performances and shared moments on stage!
