MOISES GONZALEZ
Originally from Venezuela, Moises is the Founder and Co-Director of Montuno Dance Company, Alberta’s fastest-growing, innovative and inclusive Latin Dance School.
With over a decade of professional dance experience, Moises is an outstanding instructor known for his charismatic, energetic, and friendly teaching style. He is also characterized for his challenging yet supportive coaching style. Moises has been privileged to teach, perform, and compete at numerous congresses, festivals and workshops around Canada.
In a testament to his versatility and creativity, Moises lent his choreographic talent to the Epix television series Billy the Kid (2022). The series starred British actors Tom Blyth, Daniel Webber, and Eileen O’Higgins. It was written by Vikings and The Tudors creator Michael Hirst.
Moises is an approachable, fun, and inclusive dancer recognized as one of Alberta’s top Salsa dancers. He is also known for his smooth and flavourful dance style.
Outside Montuno, Moises is also an instructor at SoundKreations, Canada's top In-School Dance Residency Program Company. He has taught over 30,000 kids in over 70 schools across Alberta.
